Standing at the edge of the Cache la Poudre River, watching trout move silently through the current below — that is the feeling at the heart of Below the Surface. Inspired by childhood memories of family fishing and camping trips throughout the Colorado mountains, this design captures the quiet magic of looking down into a mountain river. Swirling water currents, smooth river rocks, and stylized rainbow trout celebrate both the natural beauty of Fort Collins' beloved Poudre River and the deep sense of peace that comes from simply being near moving water.
